Sipa offers a full project Management design and construction service for packaging and bottling plants.
Plants are tailor made to suit our client’s requirements and aspirations, bearing in mind the logistical restrictions of the space available and the component parts of the line. Our proposals incorporate the in-house experience from a privileged point based on our historic knowledge.
Each project of the process is considered to meet the specific needs of each individual customer in compliance with the high standards of Sipa and to meet our client’s demands.
As proof of our dedication to meet the above, we organize a group of Technical Sales Engineer. A group of specialist who work very close with the sales force designing the plant and selecting component machines from our approved sub-suppliers, following the whole process from beginning to end. These engineers are also responsible for procurement of integral parts and ensuring compliance with the design is met up to the time of satisfaction commissioning.

Correct line layout with adequate accumulation is essential to achieve machine and overall line performance.
Sipa offers include a complete range of modular conveying systems designed to suit the bottles, jars, cans, cartons, crates and pallets required by the system.
Modular conveying systems for plants projected to handle bottles (glass or PET), jars and cans. Two main versions are available: hinge chain type and pneumatic.
We have furthermore realized quick-change-over size devices to handle several kinds of bottles with neck diameter between 28 mm and 35 mm.
Conveying systems for crates, carton cases and shrink-packs. According to the different plants needs they could be:
• 1 or 2 ways hinge chain type.
• gravity rollers.
• powered rollers.
• Clutch type rollers (to avoid exceeding pressure).
• Antislip conveyor belt.
We have also projected and manufactured modular conveying systems for every kind of pallet full or empty.
These can be of 2 types: chain (from 2 to 5 ways) or stainless steel rollers.
The range has been completed with additional elements for a total control on the pallet (pallet magazines, inspection devices, etc.)
