System Engineering and Turn-Key Lines

SIPA supports the customer with a system engineering service on customer’s plant including:

• PET resin drying auxiliary sizing, room conditioning, compressed air, cooling water.
• Systems engineering: specific system layout and integration in the plant, piping and cabling distribution and P&I dimensioning.
• Study of the warehouse and material flow.
• Energy balance for the production systems.
• Analysis of the production costs and proposals for cost reductions.

Engineering service for the development of bottling lines focused on:

• Development of new turn-key filling and packaging lines in order to obtain the best solution providing quality, cost effectiveness and excellent production performance.
• Development of integrations on existing filling lines to increase production rates, enhance quality or for introduction new products or container size.
• On site survey are always carried out in order to develop customized solutions.
