Filling valve
On/off diaphragm for the complete separation of the filling process form the external environment.
Electronic valve with a magnetic flow meter for product dosing. The no contact filling valve that does not need the air return tube. This solution ensures high accuracy in the amount of liquid in the bottle.

Hygiene
Extreme cleanability is one of the most important features of this valve, characterized by a limited number of components and of moving parts.
The sanitation phase is very simple and is fully automatic and controlled by the filler supervision: the machine prepares itself for the electro-pneumatic control of all the on-off valves. The sanitation cycle is carried out in such a way that all the product path is completely cleaned both in equicurrent and countercurrent.

The CIP and SIP cycles are performed up to 100°C. (steam sterilisation at 121°C available as option).

Automatic dummy bottles
Thanks to the configuration of the filling valve, the filler features an automatic engagement/disengagement system with extremely simple and functional electro-pneumatic control, to avoid any human contamination after the CIP and SIP cycles.

Ultra Clean
This extremely clean valve is ideal for the configuration of monoblocks for cold filling very sensitive products such as milk and milk by-products, juice without preservatives, etc in Ultra Clean conditions. In this case, the monoblock will be equipped with a class 100 laminar flow cabinet, a cap sterilization system and, in addition to the traditional rinser, a container sterilizer.
